I would agree that  #98 and #99 are at best heavily tooled. When I saw them I was disappointed that a reputable firm like Lanz would offer coins like these.

A new countermarked coin for Nikopolis

Thrace, Serdika, Caracalla, AD 198-217
AE 28, 11.5g, 0°
obv. [AVT K M AVR CEV]H - ANTWNEIN[OC]
         Laureate bust r.
rev. OVLPIAC - [CERDIKHC]
Tyche, wearing kalathos, stg. frontal, head r.(?)., holding in l. arm cornucopiae and in

       b) cf. Hristova/Jekov (2018) No. 12.18.38.8

On obv. c/m Delta (Howgego 782) for value), on rev. c/m NIKO (Howgego 553) for ethnic)
CNG Electronic Auction 451, September 2019

I think that the coins with countermarks should be sorted according to the mint cities of the underlying mints. This would serve a better overview. We now have coins from
(1) Hadrianopolis (Howgego, picture not available)
(2) Nikopolis
(3) Pautalia
(4) Plotinopolis
(5) Serdica
(6) Undeterminable

resting with l. elbow on vase from which water is flowing downwards.
ref. a) AMNG I/1, 1235 var. (different rev. legend)
      b) Varbanov 2160 var. (= AMNG 1235)
      c) Hristova-Hoeft-Jekov (2018) No. 8.10.32.5 corr. (same dies, writes NEIKOP, but coin
          worn)
cdma59, Ebay, November 2019

This coin is identical too with
(1) No. 8.10.32.14 (same dies, but writes ICTR)
(2) No. 8.10.32.18 (same dies). Here the rev. legend is correct

The decisive detail is the end of the water plant and how it touches the N of NIKOPO. The last two numbers should therefore be removed from the list.
