Hello! I am trying to see if this coin is authentic. Description: "Gela/Bull Horse Coin." 24mm; 4.3 g. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help!

Unfortunately no.  This is a common replica that was issued by Readers Digest.  Someone has made an effort to conceal that fact.  Indeed, it used to say “COPY” on the reverse.
