I can't say that there is no dot for sure but also I am not convinced that there is a dot. If you hadn't told me, I would never have looked for it there.

Looking on hand I believe have a dot, but with or not, is a unpublished coin, I notnfound anyone on any places knowed, I believe is a very rare variant unlisted, if you don't deserve to enter Not in RIC, be patient
