Hi Noah,
I'm sorry, but Bastien (624 ; pl. LXIII (18 ex.) ask this coin come from the tenth emission of the first officina of Lvgdvnvm at the end of 284 CE.

The tenth emission is entierely devoted to this type of coin for the four officinae (I, II, III and IIII in exe.), and a few antoniniani without mark and some Aurei.

Carvs died in july 283 CE.

RIC 29, C 18 , La Venera IV / 233, pl. 4 (4 ex.)
Best regards
