No, it is a tremissis of Justinian, struck at Constantinople c.A.D.527 - 565.

Obverse: D N IVSTINIANVS PP AV. Pearl diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right.
Reverse: VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM. Victory advancing right, head left, wreath in right hand, cross on globe in left; in right field, star; in exergue, CONOB.
