This coin ae 18- Pautalia, I arose the question, which is not Antoninus, as I identified, but is Commodus, what do you think?

Your coin shows the typical bust of Caracalla.
obv. AV K M A - AN[TWNINOC] or AN[TWNINO] or similar
        Youthful bust of Caracalla, draped and cuirassed, laureate, r.
rev. OVLPIAC PAVTALIAC
       Garlanded altar with Orphic egg entwined by snake
ref. a) not in Ruzicka, cf. #758 for the rev.
       b) not in Varbanov (engl.), cf. #4977 (= Ruzicka 758)
