.) on reverse of the RIC VI, 266 is the legend equal and not the scene (lack the kneeling captive to r.)

..) on reverse of the RIC VI, 267 the legend is different (MARTI CONS - ER - VAT AVG N) and the scene is equal.

Is It a possibly unpublished variant?

A different legend break does not require a new number in RIC VI:  so your coin is RIC 267, but with a legend break not noted there.
This is assuming that the mintmark is REP.  RIP would be a totally unknown mark!
