Coin to identify

(1/1)

Bart D:
Hi everyone,

I have a coin that I can't seem to identify. Clearly visible is a big(Byzantine?) cross, flanked on each side with a symbol, and a line and the letters RTS underneath. The other side of the coin is too damaged for me to recognize something. The diameter of the coin is about 22mm.

Can anybody help me identify the coin? Information about the period or civilization of the coin would be very helpful as well.

Many thanks, Bart

Maybe CRTS in exergue? Constans II?

SC:
Yes, certainly the Constans II 20 nummus from Carthage with CRTS in the exergue, Sear 1057, DOC 140.

Bart D:
Thanks!
