Is this a Juchid 791 (Hijri) dang?

Hi there!
I'm new to the Islamic coins trying my best to learn how to identify them. The coin in question is 14-15 mm, silver. It was found in Ukraine together with the late 14th – early 15th cent. Prague groschens. I can't read Arabic but some elements of the legend look like 91 to me. Am I right? Thanks.
