Tetricus ..TAS with staff

This ill-centered coin leaves me with questions. Who is the ....TAS on the reverse and is it possible to say what RIC number ot's got. I can't figure it out!
Any ideas wellcome.

If the 'staff' is assumed to be a seriously badly drawn cornucopia, then it's Hilaritas. I'm not sure it's official though.
