mintmark help

I can't figure out htis mintmark ( THIS IS ALSO COIN #4 THAT i TRIED ATTRIBUTING) 

anyway the coin is a constantius II gloria exercitus
the mint mark is ( as far as I can read it )  TNSB TIVSB or something like that,

can anyone figure it out ?

maybe CONSB for Constantinople, but a complete picture of obverse and reverse could help.

Your coin is Constantine I (obverse legend is CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG, so it can only  be Constantine I)and it seems that CONSB is in the exergue, so RIC VII Constantinople 59, r1, 330-333 A.D.

I seen constanti-nus avg    I did not see  max  at all until you mentionned it ,  and I was sure it was a TNSB mint   

is there a book I can get to help  or do you just do it by experience ?

There's a spreadsheet for GLORIA EXERCITVS where you can find your coin using filters.
I ALWAYS use these lists for the types they cover.

experience surely helps. with experience you learn things... like there is no TNSB mark so it must be something else. It does help to become familiar with the various mintmarks. FORVM has a page for this:
