Caracalla provincial AE27

I need help with this Caracalla provincial AE27 (15.48 g). I expected this to be an easy one, and I'm pretty sure I've seen the type before, but I can't seem to find it in my books. Apparently Latin legends, so it will be a Colonia.

Hi Lars
If the legend are ..ANTONINIANACA, this will make it Carrhae
in Mesopotamia. I think.

Best wishes

Hi bakkar,

I considered that, too, but could not find a similar coin from Carrhae.
