[link removed by ADMIN]

Sorry that i post links, but not pictures, but this is really important, as this is part from a hoard numbering over 60 fakes like this. Their provenance is turkey and i hope noone will buy some of them!!!
all of the specimens are from the same type Michael VII.

all the best

I know what is his answer and i am 100% sure that the coins are cast. I saw months ago the bigger scans. The buyers must be very careful when consider buying a gold coins from Michael VII or Romanus. 99% of such coins offered in ebay are fakes. So open your eyes and dont be angry, but blame only yourself if you have bought a fake.
Greetings

There's at least one other auction where he sold coins, but it's over 90 days old and the item isn't online any more.

I sent him an email asking where he got the coin.  For grins and giggles here's his response.

Dear cgpbay,

i bought on IRAQ by an us soldier (second lt.)

:) this is the next lie :) he told me before that he got the coins from coin hunters. All the 60 coins were gathered from 3 places. And when i was comparing the reverses most of them were made by the same die - impossible situation for different hoards. And most of all you can see the smooth edges and the bubbles over some of the coins.
How he is not ashamed to lie like this!

He's ended the one auction and has two bidders on the second.
