this coin ae 21 has on the obverse the legend MAP AY AN ...
On the reverse I read in exergue: BEKAITĪ‰N, inside the garland in the first line it could be AC second line POC third line CI, but I'm not sure.
My guess about emperor is that it is Marcus Aurelius, but I have not been able to identify the city.
