Please help me to ID this  Roman Provincial coin (25 mm)

Dear Oleg B2 and Board,

I initially couldn't figure this one out, but then I had an idea which apparently has just paid off.  Consider the following obverse of Geta from Gabala in Syria:

...and this Gabala reverse type for his father, Septimius Severus:

Looks good to me!  But no exact matches were found yet for Oleg's coin, combining the obverse and reverse types of interest.  The closest I found is this variety with an inscription in the left field:

In any event, I hope some of the mystery was solved to your satisfaction.
