What is the consensus on this plautilla denarius sold as genuine?

This one recently sold as genuine.  In my opinion, I think it's a cast fake, but curious what others think.

You should nominate a dealer for the NFSL whenever you think they are a notorious fake seller (a criminal fraud). There is no permission required.

Fake coin report submitted.

The seller (Lanz) is already nominated for the NFSL by another member, but a decision on their status has not yet been made.
