Looks like this was already answered elsewhere:

The "collection ticket" (ACCA Auction 22, 1967) is referring to the Ancient Coin Club of America's Auction #22 on 11 Nov, 1967. See Martin Gengerke's (2009) American Numismatic Auctions, page 14. (Available online via Washington University Library's Newman Numismatic Portal.)
