Title: Jupiter the Giver of Victory COTD
Post by: David Atherton on June 10, 2021, 05:46:12 pm
Hello all!

I would like to share my most recent addition, a wonderful Domitian sestertius struck in 86. https://www.forumancientcoins.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=170831

Fine style combined with good condition made for an irresistible piece.

Thank you for looking!

Great coin David.  I love how there is enough flan to accept the full die.

Great coin David.  I love how there is enough flan to accept the full die.

That's what a 35mm flan is capable of! Very medallic in hand.
