Ptolemaic Era 1” silver coin.

Recently acquired grandfathers boxes of coins. This particular coin appears to be very old and possibly from the Ptolemy era. There is a bust on one side with no lettering and an eagle on the other. The lettering appears to be: KAIAEVNOL and then TYIo——- It is 1” or 25.4mm.  I would appreciate any comments as to origin and authenticity.

Not Ptolemaic but rather a shekel of Tyre. 

ΤΥΡΟΥ ΙΕΡΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΣΥΛΟΥ (of Tyre the holy and inviolable).  The letters and symbols in the fields are date codes
