Very hard to make out detail but the obverse looks like Septimius Severus to me. Try Wildwinds to narrow it down.

These are pretty dim pictures, but surely Septimius Severus with grape-cluster reverse, possibly from Nikopolis ad Istrum -- to settle that point you would need a much clearer reverse legend.
