Unpublished type for Yehochanan?

This rev. type of Yehochanan I can't find in Meshorer. Anyone who can help me?

I suppose typography like is is always somewhat subjective, but would you consider this type to be akin to TJC B19?

Can you post a pic of the flip side if this coin. I suspect it is a coin is Jannaeus (GBC-V-1146), but a?pair of flared cornucopia tops would be a good hint.

Indeed, Jannaeus is another possibility, if we assume the characters on the second line are in fact
