is this a seal?
i don't think this is Hadrian, but who?

Sellers information
Description: a Rare Roman ceramic seal depicting the bust of Empreror Hadrian.
Material: Ceramic

Condition: Very Fine / Intact / see photos

Date: Circa 100 AD
Size: 22 mm; weight: 1.9 grams

Provenance.
Obtained from an old British collection, purchased in Germany.
