VRBS ROMA and GLORIA??

Ok now another.  have a coin, with VRBS ROMA on obverse and GLORIA ROMANORVM two soldiers and one standard on Reverse.  It is 16mm and 1.8g am I just missing it in the listings?  Or is a mutant coin?  Thanks for any help!
