The depicted obv. of No. 8.14.1.27 is very worn. So it is possible, that it is the same obv. as above. Then it would be not a new die combination but a correction!

Jochen,

#060: Fantastic new type!

Can you see exactly what Nike is doing with her right hand? That detail is unclear to me in the image.

I recently acquired the coin below from Dorney Auction 11, 30 Nov. 2020, lot 164, AE28, 13.89g according to dealer (coin is still underway). Is Dorney right to call it unpublished?  I would be surprised if he has the latest edition of your Nicopolis book. The rev. die is apparently the same as p. 133, top coin (Septimius Severus) in your 2012 edition.

Dear Curtis!

Thank you for your words about my coin. It was a must to get it. It looks like Nike touch the trophy. But I don't have the coin in hand. I hope that  then I can see more.

Your coin is listed in HrHJ(2020) under No. 8.22.47.2:
obv. L.CEPTIMI GETAC KAICAR, Bust draped and cuirassed, seen from front, bare-headed, r.
rev. VP AVR GALLOV NIKOPOLI / PROC I, Eagle with half-open wings stg. frontal on garlanded base between 2 standards; head with wreath in beak turned r.
