Looks like Constantine II, RIC VII Trier 126 (Rated R4).

Hi

No, I think it is RIC 154 (c1): 126 has Sol advancing with the chlamys flying and a  globe and whip in his hand, whilst 154 has Sol standing with the chlamys draped over the left shoulder and the hand just has a globe.

Still Constantine II though, struck 317.
