I recognise this from a current auction on deamoneta - in Italian at the end of the listing it says "Cartellinata Negrini." - black folder, I think.

The starting price for this is far in excess of what it's worth as a modern forgery, in my opinion.

Why do you think it is fake?

Screening purchases is not allowed.

The picture quality is so bad (too small) that I do not dare to authenticate it.

What's raised my suspicion was the uncharacteristically wide flan and something that doesn't look quite right about the style. I agree that it's hard to judge based on the photo.
