Hi all.

think this is Valentinian I RIC IX Siscia 14a (maybe) (type unknown) but not sure given what I can make out of the mint mark. What do you guys think?

It is actually Valentinian II, SALVS REI-PVBLICAE reverse

Mint mark needed for RIC #

Unsure but last 2 letters of mint mark might be NT. I just cant find any Valentinian II coins with a F in the left clear field to even jolt me along.

It isn't an "F" but rather a chi-rho similar to this  :Tao-Rho:

AN would be Antioch RIC 67a mint mark either ANTA OR ANT :Greek_Delta:

Not the best example but see here: https://www.forumancientcoins.com/catalog/roman-and-greek-coins.asp?zpg=22387
