Unknown - 1st Century AD ?

Hi any help to identify this coin is welcomed. AE21-22, about 5.7g.
Obverse emperor head to right. Looks like Vespasian, but not sure, legend to worn to be visible.
Reverse possibly Zeus Lydios standing, legend with a ?? ..  :Greek_Upsilon:  :Greek_Pi: .. ? ..  :Greek_Lambda: :Greek_Pi:.. ?..  :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Upsilon:.
