Some cleaning of the reverse would help--perhaps washing with a soft soap and scrubbing with a nylon brush.  Size?

Hi it is 14mm by 16mm the coin is really thin and im afraid it will brake if i try to clean more .Maybe it is latin ruler .The weight is 1.1 grams.

Latin Rulers, i.e. early 13th century after the 4th crusade, is almost certainly correct.  Looks like SBCV 2021 (= CLBC 11.1.1 = Hendy type A = DOC IV Latin States Type A)
