Your first seal shows the portrait of a private citizen. The reverse has his name in Latin. I read CRATESIMI ('seal of Cratesimus), but I could not find that name or its Greek transliteration online. Perhaps a book on later Roman prosopography has it, but unfortunately that's not in my library.

Your second one is a common as a type, but very hard to identify when it comes down to singular examples. Maybe it shows two emperors, an emperor and a caesar or perhaps a married couple. I would be looking for signs of laurel wreaths to rule out that last possibility.
Regards
Gert
