Hello, I'm looking for the best Provincial Ref. for Achaea, Elis? Also anything that might be online. Any suggestion much appreciated.

For most of the Peloponnese the best reference is the two BCD Peloponnese auction catalogs, but the LHS one has only two Elis imperial bronzes.  The CNG part of the BCD collection had a few more... there are six Elis imperial bronzes on CNG's "research" coin search.

The British Museum catalog, which is online, mentions the 4 coins in the BM.  http://books.google.com/books?id=DVZmAAAAMAAJ&pg=PA75#v=onepage&q=&f=false .  All 4 are illustrated.
