Large silver fourreé coin

Hi can someone help me identify this large silver fourreé coin.
The coin is 27.1 mm and weigh 10,48 g.

This is not a fourree, but is a bronze coin which has seemingly acquired some silver, presumably from other coins it was buried with.

It is RPC 51 from Ebora in Hispania Ulterior, see top coin https://www.forumancientcoins.com/catalog/roman-and-greek-coins.asp?vpar=2642&pos=16&iop=5&sold=1
