Also got this in a group of coins. I really don't know how to identify a fake but this coin just seemed different to me alot of pitting and very round.  28mm and 18.45 g

Looks fine to me, just harshly cleaned.  Roman provincial, probably Tyche on the reverse.  I don't collect these but looks like 2nd-3rd century to me... Maximinus?

Looks more like Philip II to me.

Definitely a Philip at Antioch.  I don't know the type - and there ar a large number of bust variations - well enough to known if it is Philip I or II and the end part of the legend seems to be worn away.

I don't think it is a cast.  I agree with Jay - looks to be harshly cleaned with pitting from corrosion - perhaps exacerbated by cleaning.  This type was struck on remarkably round high quality flans.
