Countermark references

I would like to find some recent books and articles on Greek Imperial countermarks.  The book I found is Greek Imperial Countermarks: Studies in the Provincial Coinage of the Roman Empire by Howgego, but I cannot get this book.
Is there any more similar references (or articles) about this topic?

Howgego is the standard reference and I don't think you'll find an alternate.

Here however is an excellent website dealing with the subject which may be a very good alternate to the book:

How and where have you been searching? This book is available, not nearly as hard to get as many other titles.

I would rather get it no cost, from a university, reference library, or from other means.
Howgego is not in any places around Toronto.
