Portrait and traces of legend seem to me to fit Septimius Severus.

The style of coins of Septimius Severus from Tyana in Cappadocia is not to far off

The portrait, with a curly beard, does not look like Pius.  Wildwinds, while valuable, does not contain nearly all varieties.
