I haven't been able to identify this one. It's just too large and heavy. It has some lettering on the reverse. Any help would be appreciated.

Trochę niepokojące przez swój realizm. Na monetkach trofeum wygląda łagodniej. Niby przewieszona szata i zbroja, może przejść nieprzyjaciela dreszcz.  Zamieszczam, żeby podziwiać, bo prezentuje się imponująco.

Great thanks Adam,
My coins don’t match but there’s certainly of the same type.
I’ll look out for Svoronos #1917 and Lorber’s Coins of the Ptolemaic Empire updates on these unusual coins.

*triumphant fanfare* Just added my number one holy grail coin to my gallery, a DIANA LVCIFERA reverse denarius of Plautilla. This has been at the top of my want list for over twenty years and it means I now have every reverse type struck for Plautilla by the Rome mint.
