Here is a similar obverse die from my collection. I can't find the pic of the reverse at the moment, but if I do come across it, I will post it.
I will leave the interpretation of this up to those more knowledgeable.

Recieved it with a certificate of authenticity and it
still had some dirt on it.
I think its a die match on the front though.....
Rather than go through the trouble of takeing new pictures atm i decided to pul the picture of it from
ebay and save it to my comp, ill take pictures later and repost em.
