Nero Sestertius Fake?

Hello.

Can someone tell if this coin is a Fake?

if so, why to you think is a fake!

According to the seller the coin is authentic and has 21,7gr and is 35,4mm

Coin I think is real; but the details look tooled, esp reverse: is that a garage door?

According to the seller is this a RIC43a....if i look to my RIC,  i dont "see" this coin.

RIC43 is a  totally different coin , a Dupondius!

Horribly tooled at best.

It's RIC 439, probably just a typo by the seller.

RIC 43 is a Denarius, not a dupondius.
