I don't think so.  I think it is almost certainly well after the fall of Constantinople (1453).

The solid construction and ornate decoration look like 18th-19th century to me.  Whether Ottoman, local Slavic, Ottoman-inspired Slavic, etc. I don't know.

Could that be some sort of inscription above and to the sides of the openings?
