Early Greek? - One of the Islands? - Anyone?

I have this coin that is perplexing me. I don't know where to start to find it.
 
It was suggested that it could be possibly Macedonian?

The coin is AE19-20 (x4), and weighs 9.2 gm.

All help is appreciated.

It is a Thrace, Odessos 400BC AE20, SG 1679
