Great stuff Randy, very cool! I especially like the Severus Alexander Sesterces, as you know. I haven't got one with Sol though, very cool. Your's has the same bust style as one of mine, the 'laureate bust right, draped and cuirassed, seen from the front'.
As far as heavy Bronzes, the heaviest Sestertius I have is of Julia Mamaea that weighs 24.9 grams, extra thick. I have a Severus Alexander 'MARS VLTOR' that weighs 22.3 grams, it's ANACS certified and graded, and was in a holder untill I freed it (the thickness of the coin had actually cracked the ANACS slab, causing the obverse of the coin to be obscured with hairline fractures in the plastic) it looks much better now I think.

Here are my Sesterces of Severus Alexander and Julia Mamaea:

Wonderful additions Randy.  I’m focusing on Denarii, but viewing your beautiful collection has me wondering if I should broaden my horizons.  ;D

Randy. Nice collection. A famous Spanish poet wrote
Caminante, no hay camino, se hace camino al andar
Translated reads
Traveller, there is no road; you make your path as you walk
IMO it can be applied to collectors

I just weighed my Antoninus Pius Dacia Sestertius, 23.58gm.
It is somewhat pitted and has lost some metal.

Not as nice as Randy's AP.

Thank you :)   Another coin thats just a pain to photograph. Thats why I put that portrait in the middle (borrowed the idea from you :) ) to show it from another angle.
