roman or german or celtic fibula

Bohemian:
Hi, can you judge: is it roman, celtic or german fibula? Long 75mm. It came from barbaric (area of german tribe)  side of Danube,  thats all what i know about it (flea market). I will send better photo later.Thanks for ideas.
