Yes, it is a Hadrian AE dichalkon (?) from Alexandria, Egypt. ;)  How large is it? ???  If it's large then it's likely a hemidrachm or drachm, but if it's small it's almost definitely a dichalkon. :)

It is, I think, an obol.  I have an example, not as nice as yours, measuring 17.8x18.7mm, weighing 4.76g:

Rugser, did you find that one in Rome? If so, interesting since there was no circulation of Egyptian coinage outside Egypt. Must have been brought by a traveller, who lost it or dropped it in a wishing well...

The material is bronze.  I bought it from a dealer here in the US, and don't know where it came from before that.
