This is what I believe so far...

obv CONSTAN-TINVS AVG
rev  DN CONSTANTINI MAX AVG
VOT dot XX
mintmark: (maybe X, not sure)    Q     and either T,gamma, or P

I cannot find a mint mark with a Q as the second of 3 letters.  Any help is appreciated.
