The emperor seems to be one of the military emperors, the rev. shows a female figure with cornucopiae, f.e. Concordia.

Kind of looks like a Valerian II (at least the nose does)

Interesting portrait. What about Alexander Severus, the middle piece of a 25mm Dupondius ? I can't make anything of the reverse, though..
