That's a matter of opinion. The "market value", if there is anything like that, would probably be a bit lower, but on the other hand, you got an interesting, more than 1700 year old coin for 20 bucks. That can't be all too bad, right?

I do not really understand what you want to tell me with that link. That is an EF coin (still I think the price is too high) while yours is just about fine, moreover it is overcleaned and partially broken.

Just found two of them myself,
AURELIAN, with VABALATHUS. 270-275 AD. Antoninianus (20mm, 3.20 gm). Antioch Struck 270-272 AD
IMP C AVRELIANVS AVG / Radiate and cuirassed bust of Aurelian right; Z under bust
VABALATHVS V C R IM DR / Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Vabalathus right.
RIC V 381; Venèra 10809; MIR 47, 353a7(1)
Also found one with C in exergue

There's very little silver indeed in these; they're best thought of as AE's rather than debased AR.
