On your coin, I do not see the star between cross and shield on the obverse. So, it is not a 100% match.

This type of coin has more than 60 variations of different letters and signs over the shields and some other places...

Yes,those are mint marks. Sometimes they can be above the shield and sometimes within the double cross.
