For days now, I am looking at that number 5 of yours.
It has the same sandy appearance of your other coins, all coming from Aleppo in Syria.
But with its messy reverse and the pellets in line on both sides, this one makes me think of an Ottoman Akçe or Manghir.
Syria has been Ottoman territory and Aleppo is near enough to the Turkish border, so ...
I would like so much to come nearer. We'll see.
