Lots of looks but no replies which is certainly understandable.   ;D

Female standing facing, head right, dressed in blouse and pantaloons; about her neck she wears a necklace.
By her dress, she is certainly not Greek. Could she represent a Scythian or Celtic goddess or other personification?
Was her purpose as an votive item or a good luck amulet or talisman?

Still confused as ever... ???

I am sure she is Greek.  Those aren't pantaloons, that is just a crack.  Above it you can see the roll where the fabric of the peplos (?) is tucked in above the waist.  Then the same fabric with same pleats continues down.  Like went to the ankles.  Typical Greek.

Sadly she has no attributes so could be one of many. 

But i would say likely to be a personification or goddess.
