Caracalla or Elagabalus, legenda of obverse: AV K M AVP ANTĪ©NINOC, coin from thessalonica, but I see very similar coins with same legend to Elagabalus and for Caracalla, can you help understand the diference, please?

Usually you can tell by the portrait...as here. Caracalla has more "manly/rugged" features while Elagabalus has "rounded" features. See it at;
